Returns and exchanges

Eligible merchandise can be submitted for return or exchange during the 30 days following delivery. We ask that it remain unused and in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase available.

Starting a return

Contact us before sending anything back. For an approved return, including an eligible change-of-mind request, we pay the return shipping cost and provide the return method or a prepaid label.

Quality and fulfillment issues

Please report damage, defects, missing contents, or an incorrect shipment with the order number and relevant images so we can investigate and resolve the matter.

Refunds and cancellations

After we receive and approve an eligible return, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. A bank or payment provider may need more time to post it. Request a cancellation or order change as soon as possible before shipment; completion cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.
