Shipping Policy

The following information describes the customer standards used by NeeDoh for United States orders.

US delivery area

We currently serve United States delivery addresses only, and we do not charge for Standard Shipping on US orders.

Expected timing

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing and typically 4–6 business days for transit after shipment. Saturdays, Sundays, and US federal holidays are excluded. Carrier schedules can change and are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking and address corrections

Tracking details are emailed after the order ships. Review the delivery address before checkout and contact us quickly if it is wrong. We cannot guarantee an address change after dispatch.

Delivery concerns

Contact us when a shipment is delayed, missing, damaged, or delivered incorrectly. Include the order number and tracking information so that we can review the event and work toward a suitable resolution.
