For purchases delivered in the United States, NeeDoh applies the customer terms described on this page.

Access and acceptable use

Use of the store requires accurate information and lawful conduct. Attempts to disrupt operations, compromise security, misuse an account, or infringe intellectual-property rights are prohibited.

Order terms

Product details, prices, and inventory are presented as accurately as reasonably possible and can be corrected when an error is found. Confirmation completes acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate payment, stock, pricing, fraud, compliance, or delivery reasons. The checkout page controls the final charges.

Other services and customer rights

These terms incorporate our Shipping and Refund Policies. External payment, carrier, and service providers have separate terms. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

Liability and updates

To the extent permitted by applicable US law, liability is limited to reasonably foreseeable loss connected with an order. We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version.
